Is Bitrix24 free?
Bitrix24 is indeed free for an unlimited number of users on the FREE plan that gives you access to all of the main features of the product. You can create your free Bitrix 24 account here (no credit card required, only email).
In addition to the free plan, we also have 3 paid, subscription-based plans (BASIC, STANDARD, and PROFESSIONAL). Each of them addresses the needs of different types of teams/businesses, with just the right combination of capabilities vs. price, maximizing the product value for you.
Here are our cloud plans:
- BASIC. Up to 5 users, $61/mo, great for small businesses and sales teams.
- STANDARD. Up to 50 users, $124/mo, perfect collaboration for your entire company.
- PROFESSIONAL. Unlimited users, $249/mo, advanced sales and business process automation.
Is Bitrix24 free forever?
On our paid plans, we do have a user limit (up to 5 users on the BASIC plan and up to 50 users on the STANDARD plan), but we do not charge per user. This means that you can keep adding new users within your plan limit while still paying the same amount of money monthly (or annually, depending on your subscription preferences).
How to install Bitrix24 on Windows or Mac?
To install the Bitrix24 desktop app on Windows or Mac, all you have to do is download the installer and run it on your computer. Once the installation is complete, all you have to do is log in to your Bitrix24 account and that’s it!
Optimized for a familiar and enjoyable desktop experience, the Bitrix24 desktop app allows you to quickly react to comments in tasks, start online meetings directly from a Bitrix24 chat, share files, and do other amazing things.
Is Bitrix24 safe?
It absolutely is. Bitrix24 takes data security very seriously to make sure your account data is accessible only to you and your colleagues.

- Data storage
All data centers used by Bitrix24 are protected in compliance with SAS 70 Type II (which includes access to the physical storage media based on biometric data and maximum protection against intrusion) and conform to the Safe Harbor standard.
- Data isolation
User data (data of each company/client) is separated at the database and cloud storage levels.
- Data transfer
Data transfer for all users is carried out via an SSL-encrypted connection (with a 256-bit key).
- Data protection
All personal information that Bitrix24 may use will be collected, processed, and held in accordance with the provisions of the local Data Protection legislation of Virginia, EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and user’s rights under the Data Protection Legislation.
