Cannot select the needed Facebook page when connecting to Bitrix24
When you connect Facebook to Bitrix24, you set access permissions for the Bitrix24 Open Channels connector. If you try to connect another Facebook page later, the permissions window won’t show up again. You’ll need to set these permissions manually.
Open the Facebook account menu, click Settings & Privacy, and select Settings.
Open the Business integrations tab. Select Bitrix24 Open Channels or Bitrix24 Open Channels Comments, depending on the channel you want to configure.
Check the Facebook page you want to connect in all sections:
- Manage your Pages
- Show a list of the Pages you manage
- Publish as Pages you manage
In Bitrix24, reload the Contact Center page, reopen the channel settings, and click Continue. The Facebook page should now appear in the list.
Instagram account remains connected in the Open Channel settings after disconnecting it from a Facebook page
Switch your Instagram account type from Business to Personal, then switch it back to Business.
Select another Facebook page to connect, or skip this step. Your Instagram Business account will automatically disconnect from the previous Facebook account.
Instagram account is not showing up in the Open Channel settings after connecting it to a Facebook page
Open the Instagram mobile app, tap Edit profile, and ensure the Instagram account is connected to a Facebook page. If not, connect it manually.
Instagram Direct messages are not delivered
Ensure you allow access to messages before you connect Instagram to Bitrix24.
You can enable this in the Instagram mobile app:
- Go to account settings and open Messages and stories replies.
- Select Message controls.
- Enable the Allow access to messages option.
